About the Role

At Panchshil Realty, every project relies on seamless coordination and timely delivery. As an Imports Executive, you will be responsible for managing import logistics, documentation, and customs clearance to ensure that global materials arrive on schedule.



This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, gaining hands-on experience in international logistics and regulatory compliance.

What You Will Do

- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to manage import shipments.
- Prepare and verify import documentation (Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
- Track shipments, monitor timelines, and update internal teams on delivery schedules.
- Liaise with CHA agents for customs clearance and handle queries or delays at ports/airports.
- Maintain accurate records of all import transactions for audits and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to DGFT, ICEGATE, and international trade regulations.
- Support the Imports Manager in optimizing processes and resolving operational issues.

What You Bring

- 3–5 years of experience in import logistics, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
- Working knowledge of import documentation, HS codes, and customs procedures.
- Familiarity with DGFT, ICEGATE, and government trade portals.
- Solid coordination, multitasking, and documentation accuracy skills.
- Ability to work under timelines with attention to compliance and detail.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
