CONCEPTORZ is inviting applications from experienced and motivated English Language & Literature Teachers, English Tutors and Online English Teachers to join our expanding academic network.

In this role, you will deliver personalised online English Language and English Literature tuition to school students following AP, A Levels, GCSE, IGCSE and other internationally recognised education systems.

Classes may be conducted one-to-one or in small groups depending on student requirements.

This opportunity is ideal for educators who enjoy interactive online teaching, curriculum-focused instruction, examination preparation and helping students achieve measurable academic progress.

## ? Your Role and Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective English Language and English Literature classes online.

Teach students through personalised one-to-one and small-group lessons.

Assess each student's current ability and design lessons based on their academic goals, curriculum and learning needs.

Teach key areas of English Language, including reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, analysis and effective communication.

Teach English Literature, including literary analysis, themes, characters, context, language, structure, writer's methods and critical interpretation.

Help students develop essay writing, creative writing, analytical writing, argumentative writing and examination techniques.

Prepare students for GCSE English Language, GCSE English Literature, IGCSE English, A Level English, A Level Literature, AP English Language & Literature and other school examinations.

Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, revision resources, practice questions and mock assessments.

Analyse student work and provide clear, constructive and actionable feedback.





Identify learning gaps and create targeted lessons to improve academic performance.

Support students in developing stronger critical thinking, reading, writing, analytical and communication skills.

Monitor student attendance, progress, performance and learning objectives.

Adapt teaching methods to suit different ages, abilities, learning styles and academic levels.

Maintain effective communication with the academic team regarding student development and learning outcomes.

Stay updated with curriculum requirements, examination formats, assessment criteria and effective online teaching methodologies.

## ? Essential Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as an English Teacher, English Language Teacher, English Literature Teacher, English Tutor or Online English Tutor.

Strong command of written and spoken English.

Excellent understanding of English Language and/or English Literature at school and examination level.

Experience teaching children or teenagers through online classes, schools, coaching centres or private tutoring.

Familiarity with AP English, AP English Language & Literature, A Level English, A Level Literature, GCSE English, GCSE English Literature, IGCSE English.

Strong understanding of examination techniques, mark schemes and academic writing.

Ability to explain complex literary, linguistic and analytical concepts in a clear and student-friendly manner.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Confidence using virtual classrooms, video-conferencing software, digital whiteboards and online learning platforms.

Access to a pen tablet or stylus device, including Wacom, XP-Pen or an equivalent, for effective online teaching.

Stable internet connection, dependable computer and a quiet, professional teaching environment.

Strong organisation, punctuality, communication and time-management skills.

A student-focused mindset with a genuine passion for education and academic development.
