The person in this role will be responsible for the hands-on development, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards, including both standard (recurring) and ad hoc (one-time) reporting requests. This role will work closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and business-relevant reporting outcomes. The role requires strong technical skills in tools like Workday, Advanced Excel, with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
Familiarity with payroll and time off requests. The individual must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail,
and a commitment to continuous improvement in reporting processes. This includes mentoring team members, monitoring output quality.

- Team Management Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports as per agreed timelines and specifications.
- Build and maintain Workday reports (Advanced + Matrix + calculated fields + Dashboards + Worksheet) &
- Excel-based reports or Dashboards using formulas
- Build new reports & dashboards in workday based on the specifications provided by the requestor(s)
- Extract and prepare data from Workday and or or other HR systems for reporting and analysis using Advanced Excel
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, spot anomalies, and support decision-making with relevant insights
- Ensure data quality and accuracy across all reporting outputs through regular validation and testing
- Maintain explicit documentation for report logic, transformation steps, and data sources
- Collaborate with team members and respond to data or reporting queries from stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive reporting tasks
- Follow defined processes and governance standards for secure and compliant data handling
- Demonstrates willingness to upskill on tools and technologies that enhance delivery and operational efficiency
