We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to manage and oversee the complete HR function of the organization. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.

Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR records.

Coordinate payroll and salary processing.

Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Monitor employee performance and support performance management processes.

Plan and conduct employee engagement activities.





Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS.

Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning.

Prepare and maintain the organizational structure.

Support training and development initiatives.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in HR.

- Robust knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations.

Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HR software.
