Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurgaon.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes for multiple entities within Shivam Group. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards, and supporting the company’s certified quality, social accountability, and occupational health and safety frameworks.



The HR Manager will handle workforce planning, coordinate training and development initiatives for both skilled and unskilled staff, and manage employee relations and grievance resolution.

The position also includes close collaboration with leadership and operational teams to align HR strategies with business objectives and support a safe, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies, preferably with exposure to ISO, SA, and OHSAS-certified environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across diverse teams and locations.
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and engagement initiatives for a large and varied workforce (skilled and unskilled).
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for HR reporting and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role in services, facilities management, security, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
