The Role

We are looking for an HR Manager to own the people function end-to-end. Not just paperwork. Culture, hiring, and the systems that keep a high-output team running clean.

What You'll Do

1. Recruitment. Source, screen, and close talent across creative, strategy, web dev, and operations. Manage the full pipeline from JD to offer.
2. Attendance & Payroll. Maintain attendance and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
3. Performance & KPI Tracking. Support quarterly review cycles and maintain documentation.
4. Employee Relations. Be the first point of contact for the team. Handle grievances, policy,



and documentation with discretion.
5. Culture. Drive engagement, events, and the day-to-day energy.
6. Compliance. Keep HR records, contracts, and statutory documentation in order.

What We're Looking For

- 2 to 4 years in an HR generalist or recruitment role, agency preferred.
- Strong communication and people instincts.
- Comfortable with HR tools and structured systems.
- Organised, discreet, and proactive.
