Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Surat. You’ll work closely with the team on day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, and building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Assist with attendance, leave, and employee-related coordination
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative tasks
- Support in improving internal HR processes as the company grows





Who We’re Looking For

- Recent graduates pursuing HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Someone who enjoys interacting with people
- Basic understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Previous internship experience in HR is a plus, but not mandatory

Internship DetailsLocation: Surat, Gujarat (Work from Office)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
