We are looking for a driven and talented HR Intern who wants hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategy, Candidate Assessment and HR Operations.
### What You'll Work On
- Support recruitment across various departments and build talent pipelines
- Conduct job analysis and assist in developing candidate assessment techniques
- Analyze assessment results and provide insights to management
- Research and suggest effective recruitment and employment strategies
- Build relationships with colleges and institutions for talent sourcing
- Support interview coordination, onboarding and HR processes
- Assist with day-to-day office administration and coordination
### What We're Looking For
- Pursuing MBA/PGDM (HR),
BBA, BMS or a related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Proactive, organized and willing to take ownership
- Genuine interest in HR, Recruitment and Talent Management
