About the Role – HR Intern (Generalist Profile)
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern eager to gain comprehensive hands-on experience in HR Generalist functions.
This internship will allow you to work across multiple HR domains — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll coordination, company policy structuring, and employee engagement. You’ll work closely with the HR team and management to help shape our people processes in a startup setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Support in maintaining employee records, attendance, and payroll-related data.
- Contribute to drafting and implementing HR policies and internal procedures.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes and employee feedback collection.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Help maintain compliance documents and coordinate with other departments.
- Prepare HR reports, databases, and documentation as required.
Who Can Apply
- Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic startup setup.
