Gold Coast Films is looking for an HR Intern to join our team and help us build a happy, organised and people-focused workplace.

This is a hands-on HR internship for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised, responsible and wants to understand how HR works within a creative organisation.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Maintaining daily attendance and employee records
- Maintaining a daily tracker/log of employee tasks and work
- Coordinating with team members and understanding their day-to-day concerns
- Being approachable and building a healthy relationship with the team
- Addressing employee concerns and escalating them when required
- Organising employee engagement & happiness activities
- Helping create a positive, energetic and healthy workplace environment
- Supporting the management team with basic HR administration

People-oriented • Organised • Responsible • Good at communication • Proactive

Previous HR experience is not required. We are specifically looking for an Intern / fresher who is keen to learn and take ownership.

? Stipend: ₹8,000–₹10,000/month

? Internship Duration: 6 Months

? Location: Malad West, Mumbai

? Work From Office | Monday–Friday

Important: You should be comfortable travelling to our Malad West office every day.
