About the RoleWe are looking for an HR Intern who wants to build, not just manage HR processes.

You will work closely with the founders and take ownership of hiring, candidate sourcing, recruitment operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR systems.

This is a fast-paced startup environment. You will get exposure to the entire hiring lifecycle and help build the company's people function from the ground up.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end recruitment for interns and full-time roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, colleges, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Build and maintain hiring pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Manage employee onboarding and joining processes
- Build relationships with colleges and student communities
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Create and improve Job Descriptions and hiring posts
- Support employee engagement and internal communication
- Build straightforward HR systems,



processes, and documentation
- Use AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, research, and HR productivity
- Work directly with founders on people-related projects

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of people and communication
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Fast learner with a bias toward action
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and employees
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in startups, recruitment, people, and building organizations

Prior HR experience is not mandatory. Freshers are welcome. We care more about ownership, intelligence, communication, and execution than certificates.
