Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern at Beat Educations. The intern will support HR operations by assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating communication with team members, supporting the administration of employee benefits, and assisting with HR documentation and reporting.

The role may also involve contributing to HR projects, researching best practices, and helping improve processes that support a positive and inclusive work culture.

Qualifications





- Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including the ability to assist with documentation and policy communication.
- Basic experience or coursework in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, HR or productivity software) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in the education and technology sectors and openness to learning about HR practices in a fast-evolving organization.
