Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Support day-to-day HR activities at the plant.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR trackers, reports, and MIS.
- Support the HR team in various plant-level activities and projects.
