About the role:
We’re looking for a motivated HR professional to join our team with a major focus on Talent Acquisition (70%) and HR Operations (30%). If you enjoy hiring, working in fast-paced environments, and building solid teams, we’d love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and build sourcing strategies
- Handle candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for current hires
- Assist with HR operations, employee records, HRMS updates, and documentation
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities
- Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and recruitment data
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, hiring platforms, and HRMS tools
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
