Role Description The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, handling HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The role involves coordinating with management and staff to address HR queries, supporting training and development initiatives, and contributing to a positive,



inclusive workplace culture.

The Human Resources

Executive will also maintain HR records, generate reports, and assist in HR process improvements to support business goals. This is a full-time, in office role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including experience with workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement, monitor, and improve HR processes and compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with proven experience in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries is beneficial, along with knowledge of regional labor regulations and best HR practices.
