Role Description The Human Resources Executive Recruitment role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring for various functions within the organization.

Executive will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities, assisting with HR operations, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.



The role also involves adherence to HR policies and helping ensure a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling documentation, onboarding processes, and HR administration.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including understanding and implementing company policies and compliance practices.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to address employee concerns and support a respectful work workplace.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality in HR matters.
- Prior experience in the travel, tech, or service industry is an advantage.
