Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruppur. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and attendance administration, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.

Executive will coordinate performance reviews,



assist with training and development initiatives, and address employee queries to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves collaborating with management on workforce planning and HR reporting to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to industrial and manufacturing settings.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software or HRIS systems, along with basic MS Office skills for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity, and to work independently in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or environmental services sectors is preferred.
