Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
The Human Resources
Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing attendance and leave, and supporting payroll inputs in coordination with relevant teams. The role involves implementing HR policies, handling employee relations issues, supporting grievance resolution, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Executive will assist in recruitment and onboarding,
coordinate training and development activities, and support performance management processes. The role also includes preparing HR reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, and collaborating with management to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Robust skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support end-to-end HR functions.
- Experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HR systems, and coordination with payroll and administrative teams.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the capability to address concerns, support engagement initiatives, and foster a respectful work environment.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance relevant to the automotive and dealership sector.
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Comfort with MS Office and HR-related software; prior experience in the automobile or retail industry
