Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Guwahati.
The Human Resources
Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and coordinating performance management activities. The role involves handling employee relations issues, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Executive will implement and update HR policies, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development.
The position requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to address staffing needs, training requirements, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience with workforce planning and talent management.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as maintaining HR documentation, managing HRIS or similar systems, and supporting payroll or benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering an inclusive and respectful work workplace.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies skills, including drafting, implementing, and communicating policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Experience in healthcare or social-impact organizations, familiarity with local labor laws, and proficiency in common office productivity tools are advantageous.
