Role Description The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the end-to-end HR function across multiple locations. This role will assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain employee records, coordinate new starter documentation, and support orientation of new team members. The coordinator will help administer benefits, support performance and development processes, and ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
Day-to-day tasks include responding to employee queries, preparing HR reports, assisting with employee relations matters,
and helping maintain compliance with relevant workplace and NDIS-related standards. The role works closely with managers and staff to promote a positive, inclusive work environment that supports high-quality services for participants.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including support for recruitment, onboarding and general HR operations.
- Experience with Benefits Administration, including coordinating employee entitlements and maintaining accurate records.
- Assign courses, training and Induction to the emplyees, and ensure they complete it on time.
- Knowledge of Employee Relations, with the ability to support fair, respectful and compliant resolution of workplace issues.
- Understanding of HR Policies, including the ability to interpret, implement and communicate policies and procedures.
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software, and positive general digital literacy for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with dispersed teams.
- Knowledge of the disability, community services, Schads Award or NDIS sector is highly regarded.
