Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for the Surat studio. This full-time, on-site role involves maintaining HR records, coordinating performance evaluations, and supporting managers with workforce planning and resource allocation.

Executive will handle employee relations, address concerns, and help foster an inclusive, positive workplace culture aligned with Capstone Media’s values.

Responsibilities include implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, overseeing attendance and leave management,



and supporting training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to oversee end-to-end HR processes.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HRIS or HR software tools.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with skills in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and maintaining a respectful work environment.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with local labor laws, including the ability to draft, implement, and update HR guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; skilled HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with creative, operations, and leadership teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a creative, design, or luxury brand environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
