Role Overview

We’re looking for an HR & Accounts Executive who can efficiently manage day-to-day HR operations along with basic accounting and financial administration. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of recruitment, employee management, payroll, attendance, and accounting processes, along with strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.





?Maintain employee attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and HR-related data.

?Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, expenses, payments, and financial records.

?Maintain accurate HR and accounting records and assist with monthly reporting.

?Coordinate with employees and management for day-to-day HR, administrative, and accounting requirements.

Requirements

?Knowledge of HR processes and basic accounting principles.

?Experience with recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee documentation.

?Familiarity with Tally, Excel/Google Sheets, or other accounting/HR tools.

?Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

?Ability to handle confidential employee and financial information responsibly.
