? Experience: 0–1 years of relevant recruitment experience

? Key Responsibilities:

- Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews
- Assess candidates' communication, experience, availability, and suitability
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring teams, and clients
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Achieve assigned sourcing, screening, interview, and joining targets
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

? What We’re Looking For:





✅ Strong English communication skills – Mandatory

✅ Good verbal and written communication

✅ Candidate sourcing and screening skills

✅ Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

✅ Good interpersonal and candidate-handling skills

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets

✅ Freshers with strong communication and recruitment aptitude are welcome to apply

⭐ Preferred Experience:

Candidates with exposure to International Recruitment, Overseas Recruitment, International Staffing, or recruitment for candidates outside India will be preferred.
