Role Description The HR Recruiter (commission based) role at simpatico HR is a full-time, on-site position based in Perintalmanna. The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS, following up with applicants, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.





The HR Recruiter also collaborates with internal teams and clients to understand role requirements, provides regular updates on hiring progress, and works towards meeting recruitment targets and service-level expectations.

Qualifications
