Position: HR Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Head of HR / HR Manager

Role Summary The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers — while partnering closely with department heads to meet hiring needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies

Manage job postings across recruitment platforms and job portals

Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process





Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and documentation

Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define accurate job descriptions and requirements

Support smooth onboarding and introduction of new hires

Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio
