About the InternshipWe are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR & Business Networking Intern to support our growing professional practice and business initiatives.
This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building professional relationships, networking, communication, and coordinating with businesses and professionals.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Talent Support
- Assist in identifying and connecting with potential interns and professionals.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain basic recruitment records.
- Assist in building a professional talent network.
Business Networking
- Identify and connect with entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals.
- Support professional networking initiatives and meetings.
- Assist in coordinating business conversations and events.
- Help build relationships within the MSME, startup and business ecosystem.
- Support outreach through LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other professional platforms.
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups.
- Assist with podcast and business networking initiatives.
- Support basic research on businesses,
MSMEs and professional communities.
- Help organise professional discussions and networking activities.
