Role Description The HR & Marketing Intern will support both human resources and marketing functions in a hybrid role based in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility. This internship role includes assisting with recruitment coordination, maintaining candidate records, and supporting onboarding-related documentation. The intern will help with marketing activities such as researching target audiences, supporting social media campaigns, and coordinating basic content needs for digital promotions.

Day-to-day responsibilities may also include scheduling meetings, preparing reports, communicating with candidates and clients, and collaborating with team members on ongoing projects. The intern is expected to be proactive, organized, and willing to learn across HR and marketing domains.

Qualifications





- Foundational knowledge or coursework in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to maintain professional interactions
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Lucknow, with reliability in both on-site and remote tasks
- Enthusiasm to learn about HR processes and digital content marketing in a professional setting
