Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist capable of independently managing strategic HR initiatives and the complete employee lifecycle. The candidate should have robust expertise in HR policy development, recruitment, performance management, employee development, payroll, statutory compliance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, draft, implement and periodically update HR policies and the HR Policy Handbook.
- Design organizational hierarchies, grade structures, reporting frameworks and career-progression paths.
- Prepare comprehensive job descriptions for positions across all departments and levels.
- Manage the complete talent-acquisition cycle—from manpower requisition and sourcing to selection and onboarding.
- Design and conduct structured induction programmes for new employees.
- Manage the complete Performance Management System, including KRA/KPI design, quarterly reviews, annual appraisals, increments, promotions and salary-revision letters.
- Identify training needs and coordinate Learning and Development and Organizational Development initiatives.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance inputs, employee records, full-and-final settlements and statutory compliance.




- Administer Group Mediclaim, Group Personal Accident, Group Gratuity and Group Superannuation policies.
- Develop employee reward, recognition, engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and promote a professional, performance-driven workplace culture.
- Maintain HR dashboards and use data and AI tools to improve and automate HR processes.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in designing HR policies, grade structures, organizational hierarchies and performance-management systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong practical knowledge of AI tools and their application in HR.
- Excellent drafting, communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, accuracy and ownership.
