PageTraffic is looking for a hands-on HR Manager who is equally comfortable with people management and recruitment.
This is not a policy-only or administrative HR role. We need someone who can understand people, handle difficult conversations maturely, recruit good talent, support managers, and help build a more accountable and stable team.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level positions.
- Improve hiring quality, screening and candidate evaluation.
- Work closely with managers to understand hiring requirements rather than simply forwarding CVs.
- Handle employee concerns, conflicts and performance conversations calmly and fairly.
- Coach managers on giving feedback and managing their teams better.
- Improve employee engagement, retention and workplace discipline.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins and identify problems before they become resignations or conflicts.
- Manage onboarding, confirmations, appraisals, exits and other HR processes.
- Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Track recruitment, attrition, attendance and other important HR metrics.
- Be visible and approachable to employees while maintaining management authority and confidentiality.
What We Are Looking For
- 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT, digital marketing, agency or services company.
- Robust experience in recruitment as well as employee relations.
- Good understanding of people and the ability to judge attitude, capability and cultural fit.
- Comfortable handling difficult employees and difficult conversations without unnecessary escalation.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Practical, mature and solution-oriented approach.
- Someone who is willing to personally execute, not just delegate work to juniors.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior management.
You’ll Fit Well If You believe good HR is about getting the right people in, helping good people succeed, and addressing problems early.
You should be approachable without being weak, firm without being aggressive, and process-driven without becoming bureaucratic.
If you enjoy building teams and solving real people problems, we’d like to speak with you.
