JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a high-energy, proactive HR Generalist based in Bengaluru with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and hands-on people management. In this role, you will be the cultural backbone and talent engine for our expanding teams, owning full-cycle hiring workflows, driving seamless onboarding, and fostering a cooperative, performance-oriented workplace.

This position focuses purely on core people operations, talent attraction, and team retention—without statutory compliance responsibilities. Your primary metrics of success will include Time-to-Fill, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, Quality of Hire, 90-Day New Hire Retention, and Employee Engagement Index scores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiations across niche technical, engineering,



and support profiles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referral networks.
- Candidate Experience & Pipeline Health: Own candidate pipelines, maintain ATS tracking, and execute high-touch pre-boarding engagement to eliminate candidate drop-offs and drive strong joining ratios.
- Structured Onboarding & Integration: Oversee end-to-end employee induction, partner with IT and facilities for rapid asset provisioning, and track 30-60-90 day check-ins to accelerate team productivity.
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, team grievances, and workplace resolution, conducting pulse surveys and skip-levels to proactively mitigate attrition risks.
- Performance Enablement & Coaching: Facilitate appraisal cycles, objective key results (OKRs)/goal-tracking workflows, and partner with team leads to administer structured Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Culture, R&R;, and Internal Engagement: Design and execute high-impact employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, rewards and recognition (R&R;) programs, and transparent internal workplace communications.
- People Analytics & Offboarding: Maintain accurate employee directories, organization charts, and HRMS records, while conducting insightful exit interviews to drive continuous organizational improvements.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ?





- 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and core HR generalist roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated mastery of candidate sourcing techniques, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and pipeline closure.
- Proven experience managing employee relations, team interventions, and performance management touchpoints.
- Hands-on proficiency with modern HRMS platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and candidate tracking.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and high-EQ interpersonal skills.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management.
- Prior recruitment or HR operations experience within fast-growing aerospace, deep-tech, hardware engineering, or high-tech manufacturing domains.
- Experience running targeted campus drives or technical hiring pipelines.
