Role Description The HR Executive – Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction processes, and coordinating recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews. The HR Executive will help implement HR policies, support employee engagement initiatives, and respond to routine employee queries in a qualified and timely manner.
Additional responsibilities include preparing HR-related documentation, assisting with attendance and leave tracking, and collaborating with senior HR team members on compliance and reporting tasks.
