The HR Executive (Trainee) will undergo structured training and gain practical exposure in Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Payroll Support, Statutory Compliance, Training & Development, and HR Administration. The role is designed to develop future HR professionals capable of handling end-to-end HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
Employee Onboarding
Support joining formalities and employee documentation.
Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
Maintain employee personal files and records.
Ensure completion of onboarding documentation.
HR Operations
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Update employee information in HRMS.
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Assist in employee data management and record keeping.
Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Assist in organizing celebrations, events, and recognition programs.
Collect employee feedback and support employee retention initiatives.
Payroll & Compliance Support
Assist in collecting payroll inputs.
Support PF, ESI, and statutory compliance activities.
Maintain compliance-related documentation and records.
Learning & Development
Coordinate training programs and workshops.
Maintain training attendance and records.
Support training effectiveness evaluation activities.
HR Administration
Prepare HR letters and documentation.
Support policy communication and implementation.
Coordinate with employees and department heads on HR matters.
