About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Administrator/Executive to support our US Human Resources operations. The successful candidate will be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore and will play a vital role in managing the employee lifecycle for our US-based employees and consultants. This position requires someone who is familiar with US HR processes, compliance requirements, and benefits administration, with the ability to work during US business hours, supporting our operations until 3pm EST.

The HR Administrator/Executive will serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing HR support, ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations, particularly supporting US-based employees and consultants. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of US employment practices, onboarding procedures, benefits administration, and HR compliance processes.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. The candidate should be highly organized,



detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, is required.

Experience with HRIS, payroll, workforce management, or timekeeping systems is highly desirable. The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality is critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for US-based employees and consultants, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Prepare and maintain offer letters, employment agreements, onboarding documents, personnel files, and separation documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and consultant information across HR, payroll, advantages, and workforce management systems.
- Assist US employees and consultants with inquiries related to benefits, timesheets, company policies, and HR procedures, providing timely and professional support.
- Support benefits enrollment, changes, and related documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Track employment details such as start dates, client assignments, work authorization documents, and contract durations to facilitate HR reporting and compliance.
- Monitor timesheet submissions, follow up on missing or incomplete entries, and ensure timely processing.
- Assist in performance review processes, employee communications,



policy acknowledgment tracking, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with various internal teams including recruiting, operations, payroll, finance, and client-facing teams across the US and India to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain management trackers to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle sensitive employee records with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism, adhering to data privacy standards.
- Provide additional administrative support to the US HR and Operations teams as required, contributing to overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
