Role Overview
We're looking for an HR & Admin Executive to own day-to-day people operations and office administration as we grow our team and export business. You'll be the go-to person for recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance and compliance, and general office/facility administration — working closely with leadership to keep the organization running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
HR
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Handle onboarding and induction for new hires, including documentation and orientation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with accounts/finance for salary processing
- Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor law documentation), working with external consultants/CA as needed
- Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
- Address employee queries and grievances, escalating where needed
Admin
- Oversee day-to-day office administration — supplies, vendor coordination, housekeeping, facility upkeep
- Manage procurement of office/workshop consumables and maintain vendor relationships
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and events
- Maintain records and documentation for licenses, renewals, and statutory filings
- Coordinate between the administrative office and the production/workshop team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR/Admin generalist role, ideally at a manufacturing, export, or small-to-mid-sized business
- Working knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance (PF/ESI), and basic labor law
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills — comfortable coordinating across artisans, office staff, and management
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with Odoo or similar HR software is a plus
What We Offer

Direct exposure to leadership and business operations
