Role Description The Housekeeping Manager is a full time, on-site position , responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations at Multiple sites. This role involves Training the Housekeeping staff , planning and supervising daily cleaning schedules, allocating tasks, and ensuring that cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met across all sites.

He / She will report to the CFO The candidates must have experience to recruit housekeeping staff as per the requirement at sites and train them to perform their duties to keep the premises clean and hygiene.

Shall maintain good relations with the clients and, respond to the complaints if any, and resolve them.

Must have knowledge of housekeeping / cleaning equipment and chemicals and material

Travel to various locations and take random checks to identify the loopholes if any and rectify them The Housekeeping Manager will manage housekeeping teams, coordinate and monitor inventory and usage of cleaning materials, and ensure timely maintenance of equipment. The role includes handling & resolving complaints,



and maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders to support smooth facility operations.

The Housekeeping Manager will also participate in implementing standard operating procedures, and reporting on performance and quality metrics to management along with hiring and training.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance management.
- Candidates should possess experience in managing housekeeping and laundry operations, with knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess solid customer service abilities and communication skills to address client needs and resolve issues professionally.
- Candidates should possess hiring and onboarding skills, including interviewing, training, and developing housekeeping staff.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in hospitality management, facility management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in housekeeping management within commercial, institutional, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site operational setting are important.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with housekeeping or facility management systems are an advantage.
