JOB VACANCY The Jai Roop | Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh Salary: Good Salary – Negotiable Commission Performance Incentives ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a smart, responsible and energetic hotel qualified who can independently handle Reception Room Service Online Sales Marketing Business Development. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership and actively helps increase hotel occupancy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle check-in/check-out, guest calls, WhatsApp enquiries, bookings, payments and daily occupancy.

- Handle room service and be comfortable with bed roll, bedding, bedsheets, pillows and comforter setup.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Work confidently on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, hotel/PMS software and other computer applications.
- Manage Agoda, Booking.com, Airbnb, MMT, Goibibo, ixigo and other OTA platforms.
- Handle Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp marketing, including broadcasts and guest engagement.
- Generate leads,



follow up with enquiries and actively work to increase bookings and occupancy.
- Build local contacts with travel agents, taxi/auto drivers, guides and Mahakal pilgrimage-related networks. IDEAL CANDIDATE 2 years hotel/front-office experience preferred. Must be computer-smart, presentable, good at communication, sales-oriented, comfortable with practical hotel work, and familiar with ChatGPT/AI and digital tools.
