- Ensure health, hygiene, safety, and well-being of hostel students
- Enforce hostel rules and maintain discipline
- Handle student issues, provide counseling, and ensure a ragging-free workplace
- Manage mess operations and respond to emergencies, including off-hours
- Oversee admissions, hostel admin tasks, and submit regular reports
Requirements
- Strong leadership and student-handling skills
- Fluent in English & Telugu (Hindi is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Must be willing to reside on campus
