Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The technician will install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in industrial and commercial facilities. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, checking electrical components, and ensuring systems comply with safety and environmental standards.

The role involves coordinating with maintenance and operations teams, documenting work performed,



and responding to urgent repair requests to minimize downtime. The technician will also support plumbing-related connections for HVAC systems and follow company procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving HVAC system issues.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing work related to heating and air conditioning installations.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices for HVAC and associated mechanical systems.
- Understanding of EPA-related guidelines and environmental standards for refrigerants and emissions.
- Practical knowledge of electricity, including wiring, controls, and safety procedures for HVAC equipment.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
- Experience in industrial or commercial HVAC environments, preferably in manufacturing or mining facilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
- Commitment to safety, adherence to company policies, and ability to work in office in a team setting.
