Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Operations role based in Kochi for professionals with approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience. The role involves overseeing day-to-day clinical and operational activities, ensuring smooth patient flow, adherence to protocols, and effective use of resources.

Responsibilities include coordinating with medical, nursing, and support teams, monitoring service quality, and implementing process improvements aligned with organizational standards. The role also requires maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting staff training initiatives, handling operational issues in real time, and collaborating with management to meet performance and patient care objectives. The individual will contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all operational aspects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess practical healthcare skills, including experience in EMT or emergency medical services and a strong understanding of clinical workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid communication skills,



including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of medicine and healthcare systems, with familiarity in patient care standards and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess training and mentoring capabilities, including experience in guiding healthcare staff and supporting ongoing skills development.
- Candidates should possess broad healthcare operations skills, including process management, quality assurance, and patient service orientation.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, paramedical sciences, or a related field; advanced certifications in healthcare operations or quality management are an advantage.
- 5–7 years of experience in healthcare operations or similar roles within hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in basic healthcare IT systems and reporting tools.
