Epoch currently operates six homes—four in Gurgaon and two in Pune—designed to blend comfort, care, and warmth, enhancing quality of life for residents who need extra attention. Led by dementia specialist and clinical psychologist Neha Sinha, and supported by registered senior nurses trained in elder and dementia care, Epoch Elder Care is trusted by families for the holistic care of their elderly loved ones.

Role Description The Head of Quality and Learning is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving quality standards and continuous learning across Epoch Elder Care homes. This role oversees the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality protocols for care delivery, safety, documentation, and resident experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audits, analyzing quality indicators, identifying gaps,



and coordinating corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with nursing and care teams.

The Head of Quality and Learning designs and delivers training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in elder and dementia care and compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The role also involves working closely with leadership to refine quality benchmarks, support accreditation or certification initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in quality management, with skills in Quality Management and Quality Assurance.
- Experience in operational quality processes, including Quality Control and Quality Auditing.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and drive evidence-based improvements.
- Previous experience in healthcare, elder care, or related service industries, preferably in a quality-focused leadership role.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, quality management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training and learning programs for multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team coaching skills.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram and collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams across multiple homes.
