Role Description This is a full time, on-site Head of Human Resources role based in Manesar. The Head of HR will lead the overall HR strategy, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning in alignment with business goals. The role involves designing, implementing, and updating HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing payroll and benefits administration in coordination with relevant teams.

The Head of HR will manage employee relations, address grievances, foster engagement, and drive initiatives related to learning and development, culture building,



and health and safety awareness. This position also requires collaboration with senior leadership on organizational development, change management, and continuous improvement of HR practices and systems.

Qualifications

- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience leading an HR function in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law and practical experience applying regulatory requirements in day-to-day HR operations.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain effective HR Policies that support fairness, compliance, and organizational objectives.
- Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with performance management systems, talent development, and succession planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and departments.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office; familiarity with HR analytics and reporting is an advantage.
- Exposure to quality and productivity frameworks (e.g., 5S, continuous improvement) in a manufacturing setup is beneficial.
