Bevis Creatives seeks an exceptional operations professional

Bevis Creatives seeks an extremely organised, driven and detail-oriented Deputy Operations Executive to help build and streamline our growing creative organisation.

You will work directly with the Founder and will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s internal creative and production functions operate efficiently and consistently.

Your responsibilities will include

- Coordinating with design, video, content, reporting and performance marketing teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Maintaining project schedules, tracking progress and ensuring that commitments are met within agreed timelines.
- Working closely with the production team to plan and coordinate shoots, production requirements and schedules.
- Monitoring project budgets, expenses and resource utilisation.
- Establishing and maintaining effective internal follow-up and reporting systems.
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and ensuring timely resolution through coordination with the relevant teams.
- Maintaining clear communication between creative, production, performance and management functions.




- Developing processes and systems that improve accountability, efficiency and scalability as the organisation grows.

You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with creative teams and taking ownership of outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks.

A degree in Management, Creative Arts, Design, Media or Communication is mandatory.

The position is based in Coimbatore and requires immediate joining.
