Dr. Mehta’s Hospitals is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead and drive the organization’s financial strategy, planning, controls, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Drive profitability analysis, cash flow, working capital, and financial controls
- Oversee statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and financial reporting
- Manage revenue cycle, billing efficiency, collections, and revenue leakage
- Support strategic decisions, hospital expansion, CAPEX, investments, and pricing
- Lead the Finance & Accounts team and strengthen finance systems and SOPs
- Work closely with Top Management and the Board on financial insights and decision-making

Key Requirements:

✔ CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution





✔ 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts

✔ Minimum 5–7 years in a senior finance leadership role within the Hospital / Healthcare industry

✔ Strong expertise in budgeting, MIS, financial analysis, taxation, statutory compliance, and healthcare finance

✔ Experience with HIS, ERP, Accounting Systems, HRMS, and Advanced Excel

✔ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
