Role Description The Head of Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring sound financial management across the organization. This role involves leading the finance team, managing financial planning and analysis, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and maintaining accurate financial reporting. The Head of Finance will develop and monitor budgets, support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls.

Day-to-day tasks include cash flow management, variance analysis, financial risk assessment, and collaboration with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals. The role also includes optimizing financial processes, engaging with external auditors and advisors, and contributing to long-term financial sustainability.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting Standards with the ability to design and oversee financial strategies and policies.
- Demonstrated expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Budgeting, with experience in forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, conduct variance analysis, and support strategic decision-making.
- Qualified Chartered Accountants will only be considered
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in manufacturing organizations.
- Uo to date knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Kochi and willing to travel to all business centres.
- Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, NAV, and advanced Excel; familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools is necessary.
