ABOUT THE ROLE

GreenHonchos is looking for a Head – Marketplace & Quick Commerce to lead and scale our marketplace and quick-commerce business across India and GCC.

This is a senior business leadership role responsible for revenue, GMV, profitability, client growth, platform partnerships, team leadership and overall business expansion across multiple brands and categories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business & P&L; Leadership

- Own the Marketplace & Quick Commerce business strategy, revenue, GMV and profitability.
- Build annual growth plans and drive business expansion across India and GCC.
- Develop scalable operating models across multiple brands and categories.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and build new commerce capabilities.

Marketplace Growth

- Lead strategy and growth across platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Noon, Amazon UAE/Saudi, Namshi and other relevant marketplaces.
- Drive marketplace profitability, inventory availability and operational excellence.

Quick Commerce

- Build and scale business across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BB Now,



Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Now and GCC quick-commerce platforms.
- Build platform-specific growth strategies and launch playbooks.
- Identify emerging platforms, categories and growth opportunities.

Client & Commercial Leadership

- Own senior relationships with key clients, CXOs and business heads.
- Drive client retention, growth, cross-sell and strategic account expansion.
- Lead commercial discussions and improve account-level contribution margins.
- Conduct strategic business reviews and provide data-led growth recommendations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 10–15+ years of experience in eCommerce / Digital Commerce.
- Strong experience across Marketplace + Quick Commerce.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands / clients, preferably within an agency, commerce enabler or consulting workplace.
- Strong understanding of Indian marketplaces and quick-commerce ecosystem.
- GCC marketplace experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving GMV, revenue and profitability.
- Strong P&L;, commercial, analytical and business-development orientation.
