Role Description The Head of Digital Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading Weboin’s overall digital marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees campaign planning and performance across channels, including search, social, email, and web, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business growth targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing digital roadmaps, supervising social media and content initiatives, managing lead generation programs, and monitoring web analytics to optimize results.





The Head of Digital Marketing will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor and manage marketing professionals, and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership and clients. The role also requires staying current with digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications

- Strong Marketing and Digital Strategy skills, with experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans.
- Hands-on expertise in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to drive brand awareness and qualified opportunities.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics and related tools to measure campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions.
- Proven leadership experience managing digital marketing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, including presenting insights, proposals, and campaign outcomes.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency workplace.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; agency experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems is highly beneficial.
