Role Description

- Lead and oversee all academic programs and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
- Design, develop, and continuously refine AI, technology, and human skills curricula.
- Establish and maintain academic standards, frameworks, and delivery guidelines.
- Ensure curriculum alignment with industry requirements and future workforce needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop faculty and trainers to maintain a strong academic culture.
- Manage teaching schedules, faculty deployment, and academic operations.
- Supervise assessments, evaluations, and student performance tracking.
- Review and improve course content, learning resources, and instructional methodologies.
- Monitor student learning outcomes and implement data-driven academic improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of academic programs.
- Develop and implement academic policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Engage with industry experts to bring real-world perspectives and emerging AI trends into academic programs.
- Explore and support industry partnerships and academic collaborations.




- Contribute to the strategic growth and expansion of the school’s academic offerings.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in academic leadership, curriculum design, and program management.
- Background in AI, Computer Science, Technology, Education, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring faculty or trainer teams.
- Ability to build a collaborative, innovative, and outcome-driven academic workplace.
- Strong understanding of integrating AI education with human skills development.
- Experience with:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to students, faculty, leadership, and industry stakeholders.

- Advanced certifications in AI, education, instructional design, or pedagogy will be an advantage.
- Experience with educational institutions, training organizations, or EdTech companies is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a senior academic, learning design, or program leadership role is preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and adapt to the rapidly evolving AI and skills education landscape.
