We’re Hiring | Head of Analytics

Data Forge AI Consulting is looking for an experienced Head of Analytics to lead our analytics practice and help organizations turn complex data into strategic business decisions.

We’re looking for a strategic analytics leader with 10+ years of experience who can combine business thinking, advanced analytics, and team leadership across BI, AI, Marketing Analytics, MMM, Pricing & Promotions, and automation.

What you'll lead

- Define and execute enterprise analytics strategies
- Lead analytics teams and build high-performing data talent
- Drive Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, AI, and Automation initiatives
- Lead Marketing Analytics & Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) engagements
- Develop Pricing & Promotions (P&P;) analytics and optimization solutions
- Drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and consumer insights
- Develop forecasting, predictive modeling, and decision-support solutions
- Automate reporting and analytics workflows
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable analytical solutions
- Partner with C-level executives and business stakeholders




- Identify opportunities to use data and AI to improve growth and profitability
- Oversee high-impact analytics and consulting engagements

What we're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, BI, or a related field
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management experience
- Expertise in advanced analytics, statistics, forecasting, and predictive modeling

• Solid understanding of Marketing Analytics, MMM, Pricing & Promotions, and RGM

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python

• Understanding of AI/ML and analytics automation

• Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing analytics teams and client engagements

• Consulting or technology-services experience is a strong plus
