Role Description The Growth Marketer will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven strategies to acquire, engage, and retain users for NexAI Labs’ AI solutions. Day-to-day tasks include planning and running growth experiments across digital channels, optimizing funnels from awareness to conversion, and collaborating with product and sales teams to refine messaging and offers. The role also involves analyzing marketing performance, identifying high-impact growth opportunities,



and driving lead generation campaigns that support revenue goals.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Surat, and is intended for candidates who are residents of Gujarat and able to work from the office.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with experience designing and executing scalable experiments.
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics tools to track, interpret, and optimize performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation, including building and optimizing campaigns that drive qualified leads.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, and content) and modern marketing stacks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with product, sales, and design teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a startup, SaaS, or AI/tech environment is highly beneficial.
