Role Description The Growth Marketer will be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, and retention across Castkro’s marketplace. This full-time remote role includes planning and executing growth experiments, optimizing funnels, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to increase platform engagement. Daily tasks involve developing and testing growth strategies, managing campaigns across digital channels, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for lead generation among casting professionals and talent.

The role also includes monitoring web and marketing analytics, refining messaging based on insights,



and preparing regular reports on key growth metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Robust Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking skills to design, run, and optimize experiments across channels.
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics tools to measure performance, interpret data, and inform decisions.
- Experience with Lead Generation strategies and tactics, particularly in digital marketplaces or platform-based businesses.
- Ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives (e.g., email, paid media, social, content) aligned with growth goals.
- Solid understanding of user acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team workplace.
- Experience in the entertainment or creator economy sectors is beneficial but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
